About Med Practice Management
After my wife decided to start her own medical practice, we were presented with several critical decisions with no guidance for our particular situation. I found myself gathering data, over analyzing, and predicting so that we could fully understand the outcomes of our choices. The approach has always been to determine the worst-case scenario and plan accordingly to avoid it.
This site documents our thought process and analysis for our “data-driven decisions”. In many cases, it may be specific to our circumstances but should be useful for other situations.
